About the event
Our early experiences of food and feeding directly relate to our relationship to our mother, who is the sole source of food at the beginning of our lives.
When we start, step-by-step, to come into contact with the truth - and the pain - of our own early experiences with food, we are then better able to develop eating habits that support our health and well-being.
