APPOINTMENTS
Due to the nature of trauma, one-to-one work is sometimes recommended; for many people being in a group environment can feel overwhelming, particularly at the start of the journey.
I currently offer one-to-one sessions, both in person (at The Anderida Practice in Forest Row, East Sussex) and online.
Online 1 to 1 Session
The cost of an online 1 to 1 IoPT session is £95 and the session lasts an hour and a half.

Bespoke small group session
(with additional resonators)
An opportunity to invite your own small group of resonators to support you in your self-encounter.
These sessions are two hours and the cost is £125.
