Self-expression through Art

Participants are invited to bring along art materials to this workshop.

Those  with a working place will have the opportunity to explore a piece of  art they have created - whether this is a spontaneous drawing, or a  pre-existing painting, sculpture, model or other form of artistic  self-expression. Together we can learn more about what the various parts  of us want to communicate, through the medium of what we call 'art'.
