Seeing Through Illusions

As children, we often need to create - and cling to - strong illusions,  in order to survive. Underneath these illusions is the deep pain of not  being wanted, not being loved and not being protected. This means we  will hold on to the illusions, for as long as we need them.... This  workshop offers a safe space to begin to see - and to feel - the truth  of our early experiences, so that our childhood illusions can gently  fall away, and be replaced with genuine contact with ourselves.
