Puberty

After our in utero time, early infancy and toddlerhood, puberty is the next phase of most rapid growth & change in our lives. Physically, mentally and emotionally, we mature and develop from young girls and boys into young women and young men. If there is a space for our emerging individuality and autonomy, then we can thrive. However, if the answer to our development is 'no' from our parents, then we are in danger of being seriously retraumatised. 

This workshop is open to all, including parents of children who are currently going through puberty.
