Take a step closer to yourself using Identity-oriented Psychotrauma Therapy (IoPT), in the company of a small herd of horses.

You are warmly invited to spend the day with us in the Hampshire countryside, working with IoPT in a small, safe group, in the presence of Ruby, Beau, Benny & Rowan - four beautiful, naturally kept horses. *

Date: Friday 21st - Sunday 23rd July 2023

Venue: The Frith, Nursted Farm, North Ln, Nursted, Petersfield, Hampshire GU31 5RW

Please bring your own lunch, and / or something to share if you wish. Dress for the weather and if you can bring a camping chair or similar.

Tea, coffee, water & fruit provided

Cost of retreat weekend: £145

6 participant places available - working places  to be decided by ballot or mutual agreement, on the day

Extra cost for a working place: £50 (payable on the day)

If you wish to camp, please also book a camping place for the night(s) you wish to stay.

Friday: 4pm onwards, arrivals

6pm: welcome circle

7pm: bring & share dinner

Saturday: 9am breakfast

10.30am - 5.30pm workshop

7pm: bring & share dinner

Sunday: 9.30am closing circle

10.30am departures

*no previous experience of being around horses is required. The horses will be in a separate area, and nothing will be asked of them - nor of you - in terms of interacting with them. They will simply be present, and not  expected to be part of the work, unless they choose to be.
