When we start to see the reality of having been a victim of trauma,  and recognise the perpetrator-victim dynamics of the family system into  which we were conceived, we can begin - step-by-step -  to feel our own pain. As we do so, the destructive dynamics we still  hold within us can begin to dissolve and melt away.
