Birth, Bonding & Attachment

A traumatic birth is both a relational and, all too often, an existential trauma for both mother & child. It leaves a deep imprint in our every cell. When left unaddressed, birth trauma can massively affect our ability to function well in everyday life. It hugely influences a mother's ability to bond with her baby, and a baby's ability to feel safe with his/her mother, and in the world. This workshop provides a tender space to explore our early trauma around birth & bonding; our own birth experience, and our experience as mothers & fathers ourselves, of birthing / witnessing the birth of our own children.
